                                                             Irwin Wecker, President

Irwin retired at the end of the year 2000 as Executive
Vice President of Human Resources and the senior officer responsible for fair employment practices and benefits at Morse Diesel International, Inc., a major national construction management/consulting firm.

His
background earlier in his career included positions in design, engineering, and construction, marketing and training for international engineering, design and construction firms. He is currently Chairman of the Engineering Committee at The Club at Indian Lakes. He was previously a Director serving as liaison to the Painting, Engineering, Fitness, and Enhancement Committees.

In West
Boynton he was a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of Temple Shaarei Shalom where he also held positions as a Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Building Construction Committee. He held a position as a member of the Palm Beach County School Board Construction Oversight & Review Committee (CORC). Irwin was, prior to his relocation, a member of The Architectural Review Board for the Village of Dobbs Ferry, New York and a Trustee and Youth Director at Conservative Synagogue Adath Israel.

His experience in real estate management and construction spans over 30
years where previously he was Treasurer (3yrs) and past President (10 yrs) of Hunters Run Homeowners Association, Dobbs Ferry, NY. In these roles he took the 65 homes, 21-acre development from its turnover in 1987 to its current highly desirable market level. Other relevant real estate experience was attained in Riverdale, NY, where for 19 years he was a member of the Board of Directors and President of Fieldstondale Mutual Housing Corporation, a two building 180-unit residential family hi-rise co-op situated on 5 acres.

Irwin received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from The City College
of New York and a Masters of Business Administration at Baruch College, New York. He furthered his education at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he completed a one-year postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Executive Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey, Florida and Massachusetts. Irwin resides here with his wife Harriet. They have two children and five grandchildren. Jeff, an investment banker, has his family in New York and Rita, a regulatory attorney, lives with her family in Washington, DC. Above All A Team Builder!
